A quest to Black Dog (or 7) is in order for the spring and upcoming summer. My mother joined me in sampling several of what was to offer on the Game of Thrones Menu. Upon reading the offerings I know that my mom would be drawn to the Mother of Dragons with its smoked malted vanilla and “dragon egg” malt balls on top. I could not resist the cheesecake and wine soaked berries of the City of Brotherly Sisterly Love. If you go please taste several of these before you make a selection. Both of the sorbets are delightful and made with some adult beverages. Plus one cannot easily resist the Salt Throne with salted caramel and chocolate. There are other delights not on this menu as well. I took home the goat cheese caramel cashew for Tim to enjoy after his surgery and I am in love with its sour sweet blend.
